Warm Cinnamon Cider

Sip on an herbal beverage that tastes like autumn in mug. And bonus: the Cinnamon liquid herbal extract provides traditional support for the gastrointestinal system, so it’s the perfect drink to enjoy before your fall feasts.*

Ingredients

Serves 1

1 cup Apple cider (optional to substitute 1/2 cup with water for a less sweet option)

0.7 ml Herb Pharm Cinnamon liquid herbal extract†

Squeeze of fresh Lemon juice

1 Cinnamon stick (garnish)

1 slice of fresh Apple (garnish)

Instructions

  1. Warm Apple cider (and water if using) in a small pot over medium-low heat until slightly warm (not hot).
  2. Pour liquid into your favorite mug.
  3. Add Cinnamon extract and fresh Lemon juice.
  4. Garnish with a Cinnamon stick and slice of fresh Apple.
  5. Sip + enjoy!
