When you need digestive support, this Ayurvedic super-blend is here to help. Triphala, which means “three fruits” in Sanskrit, is a classic Ayurvedic blend of three different herbs. This herbal ally supports healthy digestion, the cardiovascular system and is traditionally used to support cleansing and detoxification, skin health and eye health. Our Triphala capsules bring together the dried fruits of Certified Organic Amla (Phyllanthus emblica), and FairWild Certified Bibhitaki (Terminalia bellerica) and Haritaki (Terminalia chebula). We ethically source these herbs from India and are excited to offer this blend exclusively in capsule form.*

Our broad-spectrum Triphala capsules contain 500 mg of herbal blend per capsule.

Suggested Use

Take 1 or 2 capsules 2 times per day with liquid.
Best taken between meals.
