Echinacea Mint Iced Tea

Here’s a refreshing way to take in your immune support. The combination of bright citrus, cooling Mint, and characteristically tingly Regenerative Organic Certified® Echinacea extract is divine. Perfect for sipping any time of the year (and letting it chill is worth the wait!).*

Ingredients

Serves 1

1 cup water

1 tsp Honey

Small handful fresh Mint leaves or about 2 sprigs

0.7 ml Herb Pharm Regenerative Organic Certified® Echinacea liquid herbal extract†

Ice

Optional: Fresh Lemon wedge

Instructions

  1. Make fresh Mint tea by adding a small handful of fresh Mint leaves or about 2 sprigs to a small pot and cover with water.
  2. Bring to a boil and remove from heat.
  3. Add in honey and stir until dissolved.
  4. Cover to keep the aromatics in and let sit until room temperature.
  5. Strain out the herb and put the tea in the fridge for about 2 hours to cool.
  6. Once cool, add the tea mixture to a tall glass with ice and add the Echinacea extract.
  7. Add an optional squeeze of a fresh Lemon wedge for the ultimate iced tea experience.
  8. Sip and enjoy!

Pro Tip:

  • The gardeners out there know that summertime Mint can be plentiful. If you have an exuberant plant, make a larger batch of this tea to share. Trimming the plant also encourages healthy new growth.
